I discovered A & R through a referral from my previous mechanic, who recently retired. I have visited A & R three times so far, and each visit has been consistently excellent. They were always prepared for my arrival at the scheduled appointment time, and the work was completed within the promised timeframe without any unexpected issues or attempts to upsell additional products or services. What really stands out is how every team member treated both me and my car with the utmost care, respect, and dignity - as if they were handling their own vehicle. A&R has been one of the best auto shops we've encountered since moving to America. At most other shops, we were charged exorbitant amounts because our car is 23 years old, and the service was often less than accommodating. However, A&R has been exceptional. They provided excellent service for our car, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Thank you, A&R, for your outstanding work. You deserve more than five stars. I just want to express what a pleasure it has been to work with A&R. They are incredibly accommodating and honest. I've brought my Toyota Camry here for service and brake work, and I genuinely feel confident that I'm not being taken advantage of. If you need maintenance on your vehicle, I highly recommend A&R!

I've brought two cars to A&R so far - one for an inspection and the other for a severe oil leak. I'm very happy with the experience for both visits. The young guy at the desk, whose name I can't recall at the moment, was really nice and knowledgeable.

Fast service and friendly staff. Being that I work in the area, using their early drop-off before hours is amazing so I don't have to take off work or go on your day off.
